Lincoln Murphy of Sixteen Ventures is a terrific resource for thinking about SAAS pricing, marketing, freemium, and free trials.  I’ve enjoyed learning from him.  

Lincoln asked me to speak to his Free Trial Dominator group on ways to measure and incent common conversion activities.  This is his term for the actions/activities performed during a free trial by users who end up converting to paying customers as compared to users who do not end up converting to paying customers.
