Real-Time Marketing Consultant / Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a top performing customer success manager that will onboard new customers as well as manage our existing customer base. You’ll work closely with them, helping create and implement marketing and customer engagement strategies.  As you discover best practices and invent ways to use our technology, your ideas can be turned into thought leadership pieces that will establish your personal brand and help define how businesses use real-time marketing.

Role:

  • Onboard new customers by helping them implement and learn to use Evergage
  • Educate customers on real-time marketing best practices
  • Create and manage customer’s real-time marketing campaigns
  • Monitor customer health and engage unhealthy accounts
  • Responsible for ensuring customers are successful and don’t churn

User Engagement Associate (Entry-Level)

In addition to doing all those great things for our customers, we also use Evergage ourselves and are seeking a top-flight operations person to join our team and own internal usage of our product. You’ll work closely with the heads of marketing and customer success to design and implement message campaigns on our website as well as inside our product.  You’ll also be responsible for keeping documentation and other customer collateral up to date.

Role:

Demand Generation Manager

To continue to fuel this growth, Evergage is currently looking for a Demand Generation Manager, a new position in the company, who will be responsible for planning and executing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that drive demand and pipeline development.  He/she will collaborate with fellow marketing team members, sales leadership, business developers, and other key stakeholders to develop campaigns that generate interest, web traffic and leads.

Candidates must have proven B2B marketing experience, with a focus in digital marketing and demand generation tactics including email marketing, SEO and SEM.  The position will report directly to the Evergage CMO.

Role:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that drive demand and support revenue and business goals for North America
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources in the creation and delivery of various inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Write effective email and landing page copy utilizing proven, best practices
  • Manage outbound email campaigns and ongoing email nurture tracks
  • Develop target prospect lists and manage high volume name acquisition, imports and list appending
  • Manage contacts database and contact quality across CRM and Marketing Automation systems
  • Keep Business Development Reps up-to-date on campaigns and provide coaching and guidance for effective follow-up
  • Continually monitor, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize performance and results, measure ROI, and prioritize efforts

Product Marketing Manager

As we continue to expand, Evergage is  looking for a Product Marketing Manager, a new position in the company, who will be responsible for launch management, product messaging & positioning, solution demos and ongoing sales enablement. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with the opportunity to have an immediate impact as a “go to” resource in the company. Role:

  • Produce and deliver high impact, customer-focused content to communicate a consistent message on the value and unique selling points of the products
  • Manage product release launches, driving and coordinating activities across functions/departments
  • Partner with fellow marketing team members to produce product/solution related content (website content, data sheets, case studies, sales decks/PPTs)
  • Develop sales tools (e.g. reference guides for qualification and discovery questions, objection handling, solution FAQs, ROI calculator) and deliver related sales training
  • Set up and manage demo environments, create demo scripts and deliver demo training to sales
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analyses and produce competitive positioning guides
