 Sales Manager

We are looking for a proven inside sales person as the fifth member of our dynamic inside sales team. We are a fast-growing business that is looking for motivated people who want to be a part of making something big happen. This role comes with base pay plus commission and benefits.

Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for qualifying leads, prospecting, and capturing new business for the Evergage platform within their Sales territory. The Sales Manager works closely with the Marketing team in strategizing creative new ways in capturing new leads and generating quality marketing content.

Role

  • Uncover new opportunities and manage prospects throughout the entire sales process
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and grow sales territory of multiple clients simultaneously
  • Partner with Marketing to develop content for prospecting
  • Cultivate strong relationships with major online Advertisers and Agencies
  • Hit your monthly quota
  • Create and deliver new sales proposals and supply industry specific information
  • Consistently pitch new business to targeted clients
  • Become an industry expert within your Sales territory
  • Maintain a 3x your quota pipeline

Requirements

 Customer Success Director

As an Evergage Customer Success Director, you’ll partner with key clients to understand their business objectives and how they can be achieved by leveraging the Evergage platform.

What You’ll Do

Manage a high-value and VIP client portfolio that:

  • Ensures each customer derives maximum value from their Evergage investment by:
    • Partnering with clients by developing meaningful relationships to understand their business objective, educate them on the real-time web personalization and identify actionable, effective solutions.
    • Acting as the client’s champion and managing communications with internal teams responsible for flawless campaign creation and execution.
    • Collaborating across teams ensuring timely and successful onboarding and platform implementation.
    • Providing professional services when appropriate.
  • Operates accounts profitably for the company by:
    • Driving year-over-year growth by building client relationships as a trusted partner and advisor, and collaborating with Sales to grow our base of annual partnerships.
    • Maintaining monthly recurring revenue (MRR) by effectively managing accounts and educating clients through the renewal process to minimize customer churn.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 5-7 years experience in marketing, advertising or digital media.
  • You have 5+ years experience in client-facing roles, with at least 3 years experience holding primary responsibility for key accounts.
  • You have a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • You’re a problem solver with demonstrated skills in critical thinking, strategic planning and judgment in ambiguous situations. You enjoy strategizing with executive-level clients. You can uncover key business issues and provide insighful, actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • You have exceptional project management, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • You have excellent written, verbal skills and presentation skills. You’re comfortable presenting to large groups, crossing multi-function departments, and effectively manage client expectations.
  • You’re not a tech geek, but you don’t shy away from it and have a conversational understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Browser differences, etc.).
  • You have experience working in a SaaS, eCommerce or Digital Marketing business.
  • You have a college degree, or experience commensurate with such an education.

    • Identifying opportunities for automation and scale of client training and education.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 2-4 years experience in marketing, advertising or digital media.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in account management or other client-facing roles. You believe that developing meaningful, engaging relationships is key to retention and growth.
  • You like to solve problems and think strategically when identifying solutions.
  • You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • You have excellent written, verbal skills and presentation skills.
  • You’re not a tech geek, but you don’t shy away from it and have a conversational understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Browser differences, etc.).
