Real-Time Marketing Consultant / Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a top performing customer success manager that will onboard new customers as well as manage our existing customer base. You’ll work closely with them, helping create and implement marketing and customer engagement strategies.  As you discover best practices and invent ways to use our technology, your ideas can be turned into thought leadership pieces that will establish your personal brand and help define how businesses use real-time marketing.


  • Onboard new customers by helping them implement and learn to use Evergage
  • Educate customers on real-time marketing best practices

User Engagement Associate (Entry-Level)

In addition to doing all those great things for our customers, we also use Evergage ourselves and are seeking a top-flight operations person to join our team and own internal usage of our product. You’ll work closely with the heads of marketing and customer success to design and implement message campaigns on our website as well as inside our product.  You’ll also be responsible for keeping documentation and other customer collateral up to date.

  • Work with marketing to design and implement message campaigns aimed at converting visitors to leads on our website
  • Work with customer success to design and implement message campaigns that onboard new customers as well as educate existing customers
  • Design and run tests and experiments (for customer success and marketing) to help us define best practices and strategies for using Evergage
  • Create and maintain videos and documentation


  • An eye for design – you don’t need professional design experience, but you do need to be creative and able to design great looking messages
  • Good writer – again no need for professional experience, but you will need be good at creating content for messages as well as documentation
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS – these languages are required; bonus if you know other web languages (such as JavaScript).
  • Proven history of success at summer internships and/or full time positions
  • Very high GSD (get stuff done) attitude – we are a start-up and need someone committed to getting the job done
