 Customer Success Director

As an Evergage Customer Success Director, you’ll partner with key clients to understand their business objectives and how they can be achieved by leveraging the Evergage platform.

What You’ll Do

Manage a high-value and VIP client portfolio that:

  • Ensures each customer derives maximum value from their Evergage investment by:
    • Partnering with clients by developing meaningful relationships to understand their business objective, educate them on the real-time web personalization and identify actionable, effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 5-7 years experience in marketing, advertising or digital media.
  • You have 5+ years experience in client-facing roles, with at least 3 years experience holding primary responsibility for key accounts.
  • You have a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.

Sales Engineer

Every enterprise sales person knows that a great Sales Engineer can play a significant role in closing business. We know this too and we’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with prospective customers and internal account teams to move prospects from initial interest to closed-won deals. You will handle the technical aspects of the sale and will be a true partner to the sales team that you support.

Responsibilities

  • Create and help to present custom presentations showcasing industry and prospect-specific use cases

Senior Graphic Designer

As Evergage continues to expand, we are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer for a 4 month commitment for 30-40 hours per week. The Senior Graphic Designer will create compelling layouts in digital and print and maintain the Evergage brand across all aspects of design. This position will work closely with a Graphic Design Associate and freelance graphic designers to provide hands-on support to the marketing, sales and customer success teams.

He/she will collaborate with fellow marketing team members and other key stakeholders to design marketing materials to help take the company to the next level.

Candidates must have proven web and print design experience. The position will report directly to the Evergage Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, mockups and production assets for digital media including the Evergage WordPress website, emails templates, banner ads, and Evergage messages
  • Design marketing materials to support sales and customer success teams, including ebooks, case studies, sell sheets, banner ads, PowerPoints, booth graphics, emails, event signage, and more
  • Create print and digital materials as-needed for fall customer conference
  • Support Marketing and Customer Success teams and provide brand guidance for in-app Evergage messages

Requirements
