Executive Team

Karl Wirth
Co-founder & CEO

Karl is the CEO and Co-founder of Evergage. Passionate about helping businesses deliver maximally relevant 1:1 experiences, Karl leads the company and works closely with clients to drive measurable benefits from real-time personalization. He is also the co-author of One-to-One Personalization in the Age of Machine Learning, a book described by customer experience luminaries Don Peppers and Martha Rogers, Ph.D., as “a down-to-earth, eminently practical how-to guide.” Prior to Evergage, Karl spent 10 years as a product and marketing innovator at several companies including RSA Security and Red Hat. He led the development of next-gen software businesses in security, cloud-computing and marketing technology. Karl graduated from Harvard with a degree in Physics.

Greg Hinkle
Co-founder & CTO

Greg is the CTO and Co-founder of Evergage. He leads our engineering team and oversees the technology vision for Evergage. In 2016 Greg was named CTO of the Year by the Mass Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC). Before Evergage, Greg spent years leading the development of Systems Administration and Monitoring products at Red Hat and developing major commerce and transactional sites at Sapient. At Evergage he uses his experience in high-volume, real-time data analysis and open source software to help build the real-time marketing platform of the future. Greg graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Computer Engineering.

Andy Zimmerman
Chief Marketing Officer

Andy is the CMO of Evergage, leading the marketing team to produce content and programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. Andy has over 20 years of experience leading marketing, sales, business development and alliances at leading software companies including Brainshark, Theikos, Virtusa, edocs and Kenan Systems. Andy earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Brown University.

Jonathan Ranger
Chief Customer Officer

JR is the CCO of Evergage, leading the Customer Success organization and post-sales operations. Prior to joining Evergage, JR headed sales and service before being promoted to CCO at Kampyle, a leading customer feedback and “voice of the customer” solution provider. Ranger was also a top executive overseeing professional services during his seven-year tenure at LivePerson, a behavior-targeted online chat company, where he helped grow revenues from $6M to $140M. JR earned his BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Bryan Head
SVP of Sales

Bryan is the Senior VP of Sales of Evergage, leading our go-to-market strategy and revenue generation efforts. He has spent his career helping businesses across retail, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and financial services leverage technology and SaaS to better understand and serve their end customers. Prior to Evergage, Bryan spent the last 10 years at high-growth companies including Optaros (an MRM/McCann company) and Monetate. Bryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing.

Josh Baumrind
SVP of Partnerships & Corp Development

Josh is the Senior VP of Partnerships and Corporate Development, leading our strategic alliances with firms in the value chain including agencies, consultancies, system integrators and technology providers. He is an industry veteran with a deep background in SaaS technology and is a respected thought leader on the future of omni-channel commerce. For 18 years, prior to joining Evergage, Josh developed organic and M&A growth strategies contributing to multi-million dollar revenue streams at leading companies including Kibo Commerce (formerly MarketLive), Janrain, VerticalResponse, CNET Networks and LetsTalk.com. Josh holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Marketing from Johnson State College.

David Floyd
VP of Finance

Dave is the VP of Finance of Evergage, responsible for Evergage’s finance, accounting and HR departments. An accomplished finance executive, Dave is an expert in Software-as-a-Service business practices, financial planning and analysis, and operations. Prior to Evergage, Dave was Director of Finance with mobile app analytics provider Localytics. He also held senior financial planning roles at Constant Contact and RSA Security. Dave earned an Executive MBA from Boston University and a BS in Mathematics from Northeastern University.

Paula Crerar
VP of Content Marketing & Programs

Paula is VP of content marketing and programs at Evergage, responsible for driving thought leadership, brand awareness and conversions. She has 25 years of experience developing and managing content marketing and go-to-market strategies at leading tech firms including Brainshark, Salary.com Dragon Systems and Lotus Development. Paula earned an MBA from Babson College and a BS in management from Boston College.

Meera Murthy
Vice President,

As Vice President of Strategy, Meera develops new growth initiatives in sales, product and customer development. Combining her deep understanding of business challenges across retail, travel, technology and financial services companies with her expertise in personalization, Meera drives game-changing strategies with measurable results. Prior to Evergage, Meera spent 13 years focused on customer development and building client service organizations. Meera graduated from Cooper Union with a BS in Engineering.
