We’re pleased to announce that on Wednesday, February 7th, the Evergage platform is getting some fantastic, new improvements to the user interface (UI).
With the addition of so many new features and capabilities over the past few years, the UI also needed to evolve to make all those enhancements easily accessible. After countless whiteboard sessions and considerable input from our customers and staff, we are now ready to reveal a cleaner, simpler and more intuitive UI.
Here’s a preview of the updated interface.
In addition to an improved look and feel, the most notable update is our navigation menu which is now on the left-hand side of the screen.
Using a modern, expandable left-hand menu, the new navigation logically groups related capabilities of the Evergage platform. For instance, the navigation now includes a “Channels & Campaigns” section for quickly accessing campaigns and information related to your web, mobile and email channels. There’s also a new section called “Audiences” where you can access information on visitors, segments and accounts with a single click. Overall, the new menu provides faster access to important screens, reports and campaigns.
Other UI changes include:
- A revamped campaign list screen with additional data columns and a new search bar for filtering results
- An improved date picker to more efficiently select date ranges for reporting and analysis
- A new export feature for downloading campaign statistics so data can be analyzed and shared via Excel or other tools
Evergage is the industry’s leading real-time personalization platform, but we’re not resting on our laurels. Our near-term and long-term roadmaps are packed with lots of new and exciting capabilities that will continue to serve our customers’ needs well into the future. And, as you will see throughout the rest of 2018 and beyond, the new navigation will provide much-needed flexibility to support the continuing advancements of the platform.
