By personalizing your homepage to each visitor, you are able to present the visitor with content that is relevant to them. What truly makes this powerful is the fact that you are able to do this subtly and you do not have to redo your whole homepage, you just have to change one section.

In the example above, Ving! tailors their visitor’s experience directly on their homepage for specific personas based on where they have clicked. This is an inline content message that changes based on what the visitor is interested in. The ability to know what a visitor is interested in, and then changing your homepage based on their behavior is a very valuable asset.

This is demonstrating the ability to understand that this specific visitor is interested in communication and student achievement. The visitor is much more likely to click the message when the message is personalized to fit their wants and needs. You are able to easily make messages based on any persona, based on their past browsing on the website to personalize the experience for each visitor.

Targeted messages can further increase the visitors engagement by upgrading their subscription, taking advantage of an exclusive offer, or simply presenting any content that is relevant to the visitor.
