Hello, and welcome to another Real-Time Tuesday. This week we will be discussing strategies for retaining visitors in order to build stronger relationships.

Many times, visitors are not sure where to start when they arrive on a site. They are either overwhelmed or can't find what they are looking for right away, so they will decide to leave. Two great ways to prevent this is to set-up a guided tour or a task list. After the visitor has shown interest in a certain product, you can easily provide them with a personalized tour or task list. By providing them with one of these options, your visitor will be shown a great path to conversion.

In this case, the visitor has already completed the first four tasks, so they will now be offered to sign up for a free training session. After they are presented with a certain amount of material, the last task for them to complete is to convert.
