[Jennifer] and the beauty of it is it doesn’t take up a lot of back-end resources, while only requiring minimal changes on our current website structure.
[Zachary] And so having a single view of the customer was paramount to having us have success.
[Michael] We’re trying to make our customers jobs and lives easier, so there’s a huge opportunity for us to be able to push targeted messaging.
